Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Overview

At AV Heroes, we aim to provide reliable, high-quality equipment and a smooth rental experience. If you encounter any issues with your hire, we’re here to help.

2. Cancellations

Standard Bookings: Cancellations made more than 7 days before the hire start date will receive a full refund.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 7 days of the hire start date may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the hire charge.

Same-day or next-day bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.

3. Equipment Returns

All hired equipment must be returned on the agreed date and in the condition it was received, excluding fair wear and tear.

Late returns may incur additional daily hire charges.

Items returned damaged, incomplete, or with missing accessories will be subject to

repair/replacement costs.

4. Faulty Equipment

If equipment is found to be faulty or non-functional on delivery, please notify us within 2 hours of receipt.

We will:

Offer a replacement where available.

Or provide a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of approval.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.

6. Exclusions

We are unable to offer refunds or compensation where:

Equipment was used incorrectly or contrary to instructions.

You change your mind after the equipment has been dispatched.

Damage was caused by misuse or unauthorised third parties.
